Companies with Bad Customer Service
Sometimes you just wonder how companies stay in business offering bad service. It seems that, more and more, companies continue to offer poorer and poorer customer service. The idea of making the customer happy seems to have been lost by too many companies. Some companies are just annoying or deceitful. On this page, you'll find stories about various companies and the bad service they offer.
Now, some folks have commented to me that I must not think any company provides good service. In fact, that's not true: I am happy with most of the companies I do business with. However, there are the execptions and there are definitely times when even a good company stumbles. Perhaps I should create lists of those I'm mildly unhappy with versus those I think really suck. Until then, I'll just lump them all together here in one place.
