You may need a background in software engineering in order to appreciate the humor in the advertisement below. Dice claims to be leader in the business of listing jobs in the high tech area. Well, look at the ad:

For those with a background in software engineering, can you identify a problem here? When I first saw this ad (Jan 2005), what went through my mind was, "Any person who would possibly write code like this and is looking for a job DESERVES to be out looking for a job." I most certainly would not want any engineer who writes code like this working for me.
